1. Spaces are approximately 20' in width and 20' in length. There is no extra charge if you need a little more space.
2. Space fee is $25 per space, per day. Same goes for a yard saler! No checks or credit cards are accepted. There are no rain checks.
3. The exhibitor field can accommodate a maximum of 500 vendors.
4. Yard Salers Welcome!
5. All vendors and yard salers must bring they own tables, chairs, umbrellas and canopies. Make sure your canopies are well tied down in case of wind. No electric hook up will be supplied. You must have your own generator.
6. The market runs every Saturday & Sunday, from April through November, weather permitting. Check the home page every week for news, notes and announcements.
7. No Pets of any kind allowed on the premises!
8. Market shopping hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
9. Main gate opens for vendors to set up at 6:30am. The fee is collected once you are in line. Exact change is appreciated. You will be placed in the next available space. No spaces may be saved by dealers, nor may dealers choose where they want to go. This is a first come first serve market. The $25 fee entitles two people to enter in the vehicle. Vendors must be set up and ready to do business by 8:00 am and remain open until 4:00 pm.
10. Absolutely no selling until you are on the exhibitors field. Failure to do so will result in your exclusion from the market.
11. There is no subletting of spaces allowed in the market!
12. The Market Manager reserves the right to refuse to rent to any vendor for any reason!
13. Vendors are allowed to stay over night on their selling spaces. Vendors leave merchandise over night at their own risk.
14. You must have a New York Sales Tax Number to sell. All vendors must provide us with a copy of their tax certificate. If you just having a yard sale you do not need a New York Sales Tax Number to sell. Information on New York State Tax may be obtained by calling 1-800-462-8100
15. Sold merchandise must be wheeled or carried out. No customer vehicles will be allowed on the field for merchandise pickups.
16. The following items are not allowed to be sold or brought to the market: Pornographic material, weapons, knives, fireworks and counterfeit merchandise are not permitted. Management reserves
the right to have dealers remove items which management feels are inappropriate.
17. Dealers cannot sell food or beverages, nor give away food and beverages. Food and beverages are offered for sale by our specialized vendors.
18. All vendors are expected to clean their space before leaving. Please take all your garbage with you. Failure to clean your space may result in additional fees or your exclusion from the market. Please help us to keep the field in tip-top shape.
19. Finally, it is important that dealers provide the public with certain information. All merchandise must be priced and if customer requested a receipt should be issued by a vendor. Please know that we want
the public to return weekly, so it's important everyone is treated respectfully and honestly.
